RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM
HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
WK WAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that because
of fire damage to Parcel 29 -9, that said parcel should be reappraised; and,
WHE , it has reviewed the three separate appraisals (each with
suppleme tat appraisals) for one Parcel 29 -9 in the LaSalle Park Project
Area an
WHE AS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of real
estate shown on DHUD Form HUD -6144, dated October 19, 1967, is, in
the ovin on of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission hereby determines that Parcel 29 -9 in the LaSalle Park Project
should be reappraised and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration
of Form IUD-6144, dated October 19, 1967, for said Parcel 29 -9 is hereby approved.
Adopted t the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held on ctober 19, 1967, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle
Avenue, outh Bend, Indiana.
