Constant trucking over the street w li only, accentuate, the present, condition, For your hither information, the standard pavement now being laid thruout this part of the country where the climdte conditions are similar to South Bend, is being laid at a penetration of between 30 and 35. Pavement laid -at this penetration will not rut.under traffic in the hot weather.
