Board agreed to adopt_a.resolution for the paving of said street is all parties on petition would be for improvement. Mr. Hazinski appeared against improvement. Mr. J. W. Fites°appeared as an "interested property owner on South Michigan Street in regard to°paving of South Michigan Street from 40 ft, north of the north line of Fairview Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue and resolution was ordered prepared on same, Engineer filed estimated costs on improvements as follows: -Estimated cost.of Grade, curb and walk. -on St, Peter_Street at..$1,O65.0O Estimated cost of Grade, curb and walk on Webster Street at .... $19145.00 ' Board instructed Clerk to write a letter to J..
