Mr, Beaning pole and wire inspeetbr filed a report on, complaint of M. Shively about pole at corner of Jefferson Blvd, and Francis Street. The pole which has no wires is to be removed. The pole that the fire box is placed on ,3s there to hold the fire box. The guy wire is to hold a cable to the south when the underground cables are extended, this fire box will be placed on iron posts. That the property at the North end of said proposed street is platted andthat said proosed street or highway would not connect at either the north of south end thereofwith any other North -and South Street and as it is now proposed to ppen the same there would be a ,,jjo at the North end to the West to Anthony Street or to the East one-half block o Kaley Street, 6. That no petition has been filed with the public service ,con - mission of Indiana asking that said proposed highway be opened and there has- been no order of said commission directing or permitting the opening of said street or ,highway. ,6.. That the Board .of Public Works of the City of , South Bend, Indiana, does ,nat.haae.authority.or jurisdiction to open said highway or street. 17.
