George A., Davis Building Commissioner met with .the Bear and took up the matter of condition of North wall oY building known as 207 North Michigan Street. The Board adopted the following order to George A.,D,avis Building Commissioner. George, A... Dawvis. Building Commissioner appeared before ,the Board and reported a eoria tlon,oxi ting relative to the construction of the New Palace Theatre on North Michigan.Stre�-_A,.-.The north wall of the buildingg at 207 North Michigan Street and> th.e.> east. and:lwesta walll were in - dangerous condition: creating . an emergency ease under- Sectden� 202-203-205 of the Building Code was created. That proper notice had been• served- by !th+e> Bullding' Commissioner upon the tenants and owners of the Building known as 207 North Michigan Street. That said owner and tenants had failed to -set under the -terms of said notice., -The Board of Public Works ordered the Building Commissioner to'proceed immediately to put in safe condition the north.
