In the above matter ppropperty owners appeared and objected to having a jm in streets t the StudebakerEAddition. Mr. Graves Asst. Engineer made a repot that he made a survey and that there will be no jog that he could see,_ no stakes to be seen in Studebaker new Addition on these streets. It was decided by the Board that this matter would be indifinitely postponed until the Studebaker Plat was recorded: Hearing had on resolution for Grade, curb and walk on Elmer.Street from Keller Street to the north line of Mayr's Michigan Street Addition, under Improvement Resolution No. 881. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remon- strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the safie, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 17th, day of June 1921 and -on the 24th. day of June 1921 in the South Bend News Times, a newspaper or general circulation in'said City, statingg that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. Resolved that the entire work done under the above resolution and the contract let thereunder be in all things accepted and approved and -that said final estimate be allowed.
