• To get a better idea of cost savings to the department and community, we would need to do
a deeper dive into reimbursements
• ISO Audit
• Focusing on areas that would take the least effort and have the most impact on the ISO
score
• Within those categories, some improvements and recommendations have already been im-
plemented—training, community risk reduction, dispatch circuits, hydrant inspection
• Hydrant fiow testing requires more time and manpower and would need to be a joint effort
between Water Works and Fire Department
