RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF-SOUTH BEND; DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN AMENDATORY
APPLICATION FOR LOAN AND GRANT FOR PROJECT INDIANA R -29
WHEREAS it is necessary and in the public interest that the City of South
Bend, Department of Redevelopment, avail itself of the financial assistance
provided by Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, to carry out the
urban renewal project described as Chapin Street Project Indiana R -29 and
bounded nerally by Western Avenue, Scott Street, New York Central Main Line,
and Lau4 Street, herinafter referred to as the "Project "; and
