In the above matter the Board referred all petitions to the City Engineer to be checked up and report filed Wednesday May 25th., 1921 at 7:15 P.M , The Board rejected al bids received on Sam le treet ravel pavement under ImprovementsResolution No. 856 and ordered same readvertised on the 25th. day of May 1921 and June 1st. 1921 in the South Bend News Times statingg that this Board will received bids up to 10:00 A.M. on the 14th. day of June 1921, The Board reserves the right to'reject any and all bids; • Bids were received read and referred to the City Engineer for tabulation for Wednesday May 25th.0 1921 for water connections on the following streets.
