`Wenger Street to Pennsylvania Svenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 866. In the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing propety owners appeared ut no written remonstance
was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the tenefits
to roperty liable to be assess d for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost
of �he saame, as reported by the City Civil En sneer, and thereupon takes Final action'
on said resolution as originaly adopted, and he same is hereby in all things, ratified,
confirmed and approved. j

the same, as reported by the City Givil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action'on said
resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed
and approved.
