All bids were `referred to the City Engineer for tabulation
to -be reported on Wednesday May llth., 1921 at 7:15 P.M.
Attorney G. A. Farabaugh appeared before the Board and took up the
Mader of Indiana Avenue Trunk sewer contract and requested the Board to defer the
letting of a contract for said sewer this year. No action taken.
The Board ordered the I. I. I. R. R. Company to replank
crossing at Linden Avenue immediately. -
A. P. Perley of the Park Dept., appeared before the Board and
requested permission to have telephone in his home paid for by the City also to have'a
tlepphone placed in Pottowatomi Park. The Board ordered a telephone placed in Pottomatomi
Park and paid for by the City, but ordered that no more telephones would be placed in(
residences, and paid for by the City. °

pursuance to resolution No. the Board finds that no petition has been.fiied with
said Board by a majority in number of the -freeholders residing on said steet to be;
Improved reqquesting that it be improved with a different kind of pavement than the
kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer
reports that the McCready Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder for the
kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board find that said
McCready Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the
contract for said improvement to him and orders that said -improvement be made with
Seven 7 inch concrete pavement old all proceedings heretofore had in this matter are
hereby confirmed and ratified.
