of Public Works to fix up W. Napier Street and So Klley Street and we would,.like
to as or the City waterand electric lights., signed by -a number of property
owners received, read and placed on file.
Notice send to the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company to clean
up Division Street in ten days.
The Board unanimously ordered a resolution.forthe Widening of
Colfax Avenue from East Line of Lafa ette Blvd, to the west line of Main Street,
also Wide of Main Street from Co�fax Avenue to La Salle Avenue. Engineer
instructed t3 bring resolutions in for said improvements.
Board ordered resolution for pavement on Center Street from
Main Street to Michigan Street.
Board ordered lights on Sample Street, Carlisle and Arhold Sts.
as ordered on April 20th., 1921 Order No. 361 cancelled.
Board ordered a light placed at end of Pokagon Street in
Harter Heights.
Financial report of the Cemetery Sexton filed.

remonstrance against the proposed pavement from Michigan Street to Rush St..!
We find th t in he block from Fellows street to Rush Street, the a Is,only
one resident free-hol�er and ten residents purchasing their property on land contracts,
all of whom have signed the remonstrance, Under thS circumstances we would recommend
that the resolution forthe pavement be modified to extend only from Michigan Street to the
west side of Fellows Street.

Said street shall be raded and the roadway thereof shall be paved;
and also the roadwayof certain portiong of the streets and alleys which enter
or intersect said street shall be raded and ppaved. The aving material to'be used

Bric and the foundation shall be Portland cement concrete six f6i inches thick
