In the above matter remonstrators appeare but no further Britten
remonstrance was'Tiled. The Board deferred all action on said roll until
Wednesday March 2nd., 1921 at 7*15 P.M.
Informal hearings was had on the following improvements.
Pavement on. Sorin Street from Emerick Street to Neddo Court,
Representatives of the Weisberger Estate present and objected to said improvement
being put in , Board dedieed to look improvement over.
Pavement on Milton Street from Michigan Street to Studebaker
Park., Property owners appeared and remonstrated against said improvement, petition
ers present and requested that improvement be put in Board ordered a resolution
prepared.
Pavement on Chestnut Street from Washington Avenue to Lake
Shore & Michigan Central Ry. Co. right of vay. Petitioners -present and requested
that improvement be put in. remonstrakers appeared and objected to improvements..
being Put in this year. Board ordered resolution prepared.
Pavement on Dayton Street. Remonstrators appeared and Board
deferred adopting resolution.
Property owners an Clifford Court appeared before theBoard and
requested light. Same referred to Beani.ng for report.
