Oliver R. R. should place an arch light at theariiiroad crossing near the Sawmill. This! will light walnut Street South of Sample Street. I wish to recommend the Board of Public Works ask the Common Council to order the railroads to'place those two lights on South S:tzzzt Walnut Street. Same approved by the Board.
