Property,owners appeared and filed petition for iavestigatiAn of the new Madison Street Trunk ewer from Arthur Street to Madison Street. Same referred to D. C. Layton Street Commissioner for investigation. Communication received from -Super Tread Tire Company in regard to condition of Emerick Street. Same read and referred to Layton -Street Commissioner„ RemoAs anee filed against the WideRi Rid Ewing Avenue objecting_ to amount of damages by sirs. Mar s Ma sen .. ame rea place on i1e. D. C,. Board decided to take this matter up -with Representative about new law for City cars'. Mayor F. R. Carson appointed D. C.
