Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. He F. Rostiser absent.
Property,owners appeared and filed petition for iavestigatiAn of the new Madison Street Trunk ewer from Arthur Street to Madison Street. Same
referred to D. C. Layton Street Commissioner for investigation.
Communication received from -Super Tread Tire Company in regard to
condition of Emerick Street. Same read and referred to Layton -Street Commissioner„

D. C,. Layton, Street Commissioner appeared before the Board in.regad,
regard to State license for street flusher anal sweepers. Board decided to take
this matter up -with Representative about new law for City cars'.
Mayor F. R. Carson appointed D. C. Layton Street Commissioner.and
Fred Anderson City EnSineer as delegates to the Road Show to be held in Chicago-
Pebtit zAiary 9-, It . 11th,. 12th. 1921. The Board approved of said appoitnznents,

pavement contract, and came granted by the Board to June 1, 1921.
