Rostiser Vice President Acting President. D. C. Layton, Street Commissioner appearec'before the Board in regard to wage out, same discussed but no action taken. Atty. Schellin er and Mr. Ralph Hollowell appeared before the Board in re rd,tqQ Plat of gouth Bead Indust ial'Addition This matter discussed by the Board and dgrerred-until Wednesday January.2 h.., 192 at 11:00 A.M. D. C. Layton Street.Commissioner ordered by the Board to repair Van Buren 'Street in this City. The Board ordered resolutions prepared on the following petitions for improvements. Same referred tot the City Ergineer for resolutions. Pavement on East Milton Street from South Michigan Street to Studeiaker Park., Pavement on Chestnut Street from Washington Avenue to Lake Shore Ry. Co. right of -way . Pavement on Dayton, Street from Leer Street to Marine Street. Pavement on East Sorin Street from North Emeriek Street to a point 120 feet west. Communication received from the Citizens Homes Company in regard to the following street signs. `.Kendall Street and Calvert St. ° Kends 11 Street and Dubail Street. Kendall Street and Donald Street. -Referred to-D. C. Layton, Street Commissioner. Permission granted the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company to set three 45 ft, poles as follows: - One on the southeast corner of Kemble Street and Leon Court. Remove old pole now standingg at this corner, nine on the west side of Kemble Street and Corner of Prairie Avenue, 0 e on the wst side of Prdaire Avednue at the intersection of -Leon. Court. Replace Home fiel. Co. po a with a goo pole an remove the Home Tel. Co. pole entirely also remove on eold pole. Communicationn received from South Bend Mg . Company signed by T. A. Freeman President in regard to amount due from Cityon expenses incurred from May 1919 to January 1st., 1921. Same referred to the Water Department.
