RESOLUTION NO. 193
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CON-
CURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes
it is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 10 -19, LaSalle Park
:ct, Ind. R -579 and,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals
for �arcel No. 10 -19 and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel
of r al estate, identified as Parcel 10 -19, as shown on Form HUD -
6144 dated August 3, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair
and easonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop-
ment Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 10 -19, in LaSalle
Park be acquired and that such acquisition conforms with the re -use
plan of the project, and that the filing With the Urban Renewal Administration
of Form HUD -6144, dated August 3, 1967, for the said Parcel 10 -19 is
here y approved.
Adop ed at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held on August 3, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 W. LaSalle,
Souto Bend, Indiana.
