Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and
Walk on Chapin Street from Oliver Street to Indiana Avenue, under -Improvement Resolution
No. 745. In the City of .South Bend, Xdisna.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance
w s fil d, The Board deferred all action on said assessment ,roll until Wednesday January

Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on
Stanfield Street from Howard Street to Corby Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 806
In the City of South Bead, Indiana.
In the above matter remonstrators ap&red and the Board deferred all
action on said assessment roll until Wednesday January Rth., 1921 at 7t15 P.M.
Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer
on Harper Court from the St. Joseph River to Lincoln Way East and Edgewater Drive from
Harper�Court to a point 80 feet north of Harper Court under Improvement Resolution No. 845..
In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed "in said roll filed
December 2eth., 1920 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll

Hill Street from Corby Street to Howard Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 839. In the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter remonstrators ap eared and remonst rated against the
amount of assessments, but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefor find
that the property assessed in said roll filed December 29th., 1920.is ienefitted'in the
amount of assessments as shown on said rill, and the Board further find that thegqassessment

Resolution.No. IN the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter the Board deferred all action and deferred this
' hearing until -Wednesday January 26th.9 1921 at 7:15 P.M.
C C ompla int received about alley north of Bronson Street in Edgewater
Place. Mr. F. W. Keller has dirt and stone piled in alley and obstructed stakes for
water connections. City Engineer ordered to stake out alley and investigate above.

requested the following Crosswalks.
Crosswalk across south end of Catalpa Avenue at intersection on
Dubail Avenue.
Crosswalk across West Dubail Avenue at intersection of Caalpa Ave.
Crosswalk across south end of Chapin Street at Dubail Avenue:
Crowswalk across west and eas,t.of Dubail Avenue at Chapin Street.
Crosswalk across'North end of Ckpistu Street at intersection on
Bruce Street. Same all referred to the Street Commissioner,
Mr. Weiss of Miami Street near Voctoria Street appeared before the
Boardinregard.to service connection freezing up Wants to he connected up
with water main right:- This complaint referred to the Supt, of Water Dept..

Crosswalk'across alleys on Bruce -Street between Kemble and Webster.
Crosswalk atsouth intersection of Dutiail Avenue and Douglass Street,
