Petition received for light at llth. Street and Vine Street. Same
referred to Bearing for . report.
Clerk instructed to write letter to the Common Council recommending
light to be placed at Walnunt Street and the Railroad.
Petition received read and placed on file for 9 inch concrete
pavement , -on Emerick Street From Cresent Avenue to Corby Street.
Petrition received- and referred to the City, Engineer for sewer on
Emerick Street from Cresent Avenue to 0
T. H. Beaning recommended that there be 7-100 C. P. lights placed in
the Oliver "Add tion, also one railroad are light. Same approved by the Boar.
Permission granted by the Board to the Indiana Be11 Telephone Co.
to set 3O'Ball Pole and anchors in alley between Cleveland Avenue and Blaine AvenuS south of
Humboldt Avenue.
To place 2,duet tile from above pole across Humboldt Avenue to
underground pole onprivate right of way.
Renewal certificate on bond of L. E.Albright for excavation in
CitX streets approved, t
Board ordered an'80 C. P. light in alleyrunnin north and south
between Michigan Street and South Street.St. Josep and from Monroe S reet, to South St,
T. H. Beaning reported light not necessary at cornr of California
Avenue to De Maude Avenue

Communication received from J. N. Hunter Postmaster in retard to
placing of sidewalks on Various Street aid 1000 and 1100 block North Hill Stree�. Same
read and placed.on file.
