Same referred to the City Controller. Geo. Hoffman appeared before the Board and requested sewer and pavement on Emerick Street as per petitions on file. The Board ordered resolution prepared for°sewer on Emerick Street from Cresent Street to 600 feet north. Renewal certificate on _$25,000.00 bond of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Co. bond filed and approved. ° Offical bond of Geo. A. Davis Commissioner of Buildin s si ned .by the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company was approved and referred to the Clty' Controller, a Communic tiQn received from Indiana Bell Tel. This is mere= a ,renewal of our 1920'coract under which we still have several streets to insPec , The character of.our service will be similar in every respect to -that rendered in the past.
