RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
£^DY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE
IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body o the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes
that i is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 35 -9, LaSalle Park
Projec , Ind. R -57; and known as 306 & 308 S. Wellington
EREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for
Parcel t ido. 35 -9; and,
EREAS the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of
real a Late identified dentified as Parcel 35 -9, as shown on Form HUD -6144,
dated gust 3, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 35 -9, in LaSalle Park
be acquired and that -such acquisition conforms with the re -use plan
of the project, and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration
of For HUD -6144, dated August 3, 1967, for the said Parcel 35 -9 is
hereby approved.
Adopte at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held o4 August 3, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 W. LaSalle
Avenue South Bend, Indiana.
