All members,present. a Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water connections on Calvert Street from Michigan Street to High Street,,under Improvement Resolution No, 781. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrator appeared but. no written remonstran was filed.. The Board find that the property of Jacob & Bessie Holem should be and is hereby released from assessment of $20.95 for water connections and the same to be charged against the water department .on account of error inputting in extra tap* The Board therefore find that the pro erty with exception of above mentioned property assessed'in said roll•filed December Ith.:, 1.920 is benefitted in the amount of assess - meats as shown on said roll', and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 8th4,. 1920 and the final estimate thereon allowed should 'be and the same is h hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed.and approved. In the Bity of South Bend, Indianej. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance filed.( Communication received from John C. Paxson in regard to assess- ment on private alley. Same read and made a part of this record.)
