sewer on Ewing Avenue from St. Joseph Street to Fellows. Street, under Improvement,Resolution
No. 818. IN the City of South Bend, Indiana.

strance,was filed,. The Board therefore find that hhe property assessed in said roll filed
November 23rd. 1920 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said assessment
roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed November 23rd. 1920 and -the
final estimate allowed November 23rd. 1920 should beo and the same arehereUy in all things/
ratified, confirmed `arid °approve'd.
Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water
connections on Wsyrre ftre-e•t from "8t.� •Joseph °S-treet -to, Lafayette Blvd. under Improvement
Resolution No, 846. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed
November 30th. 1920 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said assessment
roll amd_the Board further find that,the' assessment roll filed November30th. 1920 and the
final estimate allowed November 30th., 1920 should be and the same are hereby in all thingq,'
ratified, confirmed and approved.
Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Trinidad
Sheet Asphalt pavement resurfacing on Wayne Street from St. Joseph Street to Lafayette
Blvd.'under Improvement Resolutioh No. 795. In the City of South Bend, -Indiana.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration dweided to defer said hearing
until Wednesday December 29th., 1920 at 7:15 P.M.
Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer
on Pokagon Street and alleys n Leeper's Proposed 2nd. Add from Tecumseh Avenue to Aliley_
west of Leeper Avenue, under improvement Resolution Rio. 706. the City of South Bend
Indiana.
Resolved, that notices as to the assessments be published on the
28th. day of December 1920 and on the 4th. day of December 1920 in the South Bend Daily
,Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments
at its office in the City Hall on the 12th. day of January 1920 at 7:15 P.M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above mentioned
contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed,
