Deferred hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water connect ions .on Garst Street from Miohigan Street to W, line of South Band City Addition, under Improvement Resolution No. 826. In the City of South_ Bend, Dead i aka. in the above matter Mr. Kiser appeared and remonstrated 'against extra tap put in on Lot.. _20 for the sum -of 021.40 Same put in through error -of W-ator Dept., The Board,orde`red the sum of $21.40 released and the WAter Dept. to pay contractor for the same. The Board therefore find that the property assessed -in said roll filed October 20th. ,1920 with exception , of Lot 20 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further Find that the assessment roll filed October 20th. ,1920 and the final '`estimate allowed Ootober 20th. .1920 should be and the same is in all things ratified, a onf irmed and approved as modified. = Deferred hearing had on -assessment roll and final -estimate for pavement on alley west of Main Street from Madison Street to Marion Street. -Same ` deferred until Wednesday December 8th. ,1920 at 7: 15 P.M. y ' Mr. Lowell B.
