RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOV XNG
BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144, "REQUEST FOR
CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES'"
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body f the City of South Bend,
, Departmwnt of Redevelopment, believes
that t is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 40 -14, LaSalle Park
Project, Indiana R -57; and,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals
for P ceI No. 40 -14; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel
of reaZ estate, identified as Parcel 40 -14, as shown on Form HUD -6144,
dated July 20, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop-
ment Conriission hereby determines that Parcel No. 40 -14, in LaSalle
Park be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration
of Fom HUD -6144, dated July 20, 1967, for the said Parcel 40 -14 is
hereby approved.
