RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF $1,375,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of
development is selling $1,375,000 in preliminary loan notes
r the financing of an Urban Renewal Project in the City of
uth Bend, Indiana, designated as LaSalle Park Project,
diana R -57, to be secured by an agreement between the
ty of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the

WHEREAS, the notes will be sold on the 11th day
o July, 1967 at 1 o'clock Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
