BODY 0 THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHOR ZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM 61449 " REQUEST FOR
CONCUR ENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ".
WHEREAS, he South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the
City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the three
separate appraisals for one Parcel of real estate known as Parcel 2 -3,
being a portion only of the real estate acquired in the Chapin Street
Project, Indiana R -29; and
WHEREAS th acquisition price for one Parcel of real estate as shown
on HUD Form 6144, dated July 6, 1967, is in the opinion of the Commission,
fair and asonable; now therefore,
BE IT RESO VED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the
filing witi the Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated
July 6, 1957, for one Parcel of real estate is hereby approved.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission held on July 6, 1967, at the office of the Commission,
120 West L Salle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana.
