RESOLUTION NO. 181
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION
OF THE FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT
NO. IND. R -57 (LG) BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY The South Bend Redevelopment Commission
ning Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment,
LLOWS:
SECTION 1. The pending proposed First Amendatory Contract
(herein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain
Contract No. Ind. R -57 (LG),.dated the 22nd day of April, 1966, by
and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment
(herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the United States of
Amer ca (herein called the "Government "), is hereby in all respects
SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to
exec to said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of
the Local Public Agency, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and
directed to impyless and attest the official seal of the Local Public
Agen y on each such counterpart, and to forward such counterparts to
the lepartment of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on
behalf of the Government, together with such other documents relative
to t e approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required
by t e Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
on J ne 15th, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle
Avenue, South Bend, Indiana.
