N OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
HE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
NG THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H- 6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE
ITION PRICES"
ADOPTED May 18, 1967
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has
reviewed the three separate appraisals for 25 parcels of real estate,
being a portion only of the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle
Park Project Area; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 25 parcels of real
estate as shown on DHUD Form H -6144, dated May 18, 1967, are, in the
opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of
Form H-6144, dated May 18, 1967, for 25 parcels of real estate is
hereby a proved.

120 West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana.
