RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHO-
RI '7ING 7HE FILING OF FORM HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE
IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes
that because of fire damage to Parcel 9 -4B, that said parcel should,
be reappraised; and,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals (each
with sup lemental appraisals) for one Parcel 9 -4B in the LaSalle Park
Project Area; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of
real estate as shown on . Form HUD -6144, dated May 18, 1967, is,
in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission hereby determines that Parcel 9 -4B in the LaSalle Park Project
shculd be reappraised and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Admini-
stration of Form H'JD -6144, dated May 18, 1967, for said Parcel 9 -4B is
hereby abgroved.
