RESOLUTION NO. 173
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT C0124ISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H -6144,
°'REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes
now necessary to purchase the house trailer located on Parcel
A,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for the
house tr iler located on Parcel 33 -14A; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the house trailer,
identifi d as Parcel 33 -14A, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated April 20,
1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commissi n hereby determines that the house trailer located on Parcel
33 -14A in LaSalle Park be acquired and that the filing with the Urban
Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated April 20, 1967, for the house
trailer 3n Parcel 33 -14A is hereby approved.
