RESOLUTION NO. 170
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH, BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZING FILING OF AMENDATORY APPLICATION
FOR LOAN AND GRANT FOR PROJECT INDIANA R -57
;, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (herein
the "Local Public Agency ") has entered into a Contract dated
id day of April, 1966, numbered Contract No. Ind. R -57 (L.G.)
together with any supplements thereto or amendments, modifi-
i, or waivers of any provisions thereof, is herein called the

through the Department of Housing and Urban Development

WHEREAS, the Contract for Loan and Grant should be further amended
to increase the "loan" authority to include the making of said
Rehabilitation Grants;
NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an application on behalf of the
Local Public Agency for an amendment to the Contract for Loan and
Grant for the aforementioned purposes is hereby approved, and that
the E ecutive Director or Assistant Director is hereby authorized
and d rected to execute and to file such application with the
Gove t, to provide such additional information and to furnish
such ocuments as may be required by the Government and to act as
the a thorized correspondent of the Local Public Agency.
