RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARAT1bN AND EXECUTION
OF ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLOSE-
OUT OF INDIANA PROJECT R -7
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is
des roue of proceeding to the final close -out of Indiana Project
R -7 commonly known as the Sample Street Project, and deems it advisable
to authorize members of its staff and attorney to proceed with the
pre aration and execution of all documents necessary for such close-
out
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Executive Director and /or the
Assistant Director of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission are
hereby instructed and authorized to prepare all necessary documents
and instruments for a close -out of Indiana Project R -7, commonly
kn as the Sample Street Project, in accordance with applicable
law# and regulations of the United States Federal Government and the
State of Indiana.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Executive Director and /or
the Assistant Director and the attorney for the Department of Redevelopment
of South Bend, Indiana, are hereby authorized to sign and execute all
necessary documents and instruments-for and on behalf of the Redevelopment
Caminission as may be required in the close -out procedures for Indiana
Pro ect R -7.
