OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS:y.the South Bend Redevelopment Commission deems
Lsable to authorize the Assistant Director to execute documents
d on behalf of the Department of Redevelopment of South Bend,

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Assistant Director is hereby
ized to execute all such documents requiring the signature
