RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM HUD -61449
"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes
that it is now necessary to purchase the building only of Parcel
11-171; and,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for
the uilding only of Parcel 11 -17B, known as 109 South Liberty
Str t; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of
read estate, identified as the building only of Parcel 11 -17B as shown
on Form HUD -6144, dated February 10, 1967, is, in the opinion of the
Comotission,, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop-
ment Commission hereby determines that the building only of Parcel
11-17B in LaSalle Park be acquired and that the filing with the
Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated February 10, 1967,
for the said Parcel 11 -17B is hereby approved.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment.
