RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR.
THE EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDATORY CONTRACT-
AMENDING CONTRACT NO. INDIANA R -29 (LG) BY''
AND BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH BEND,_ DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOP-
MENT, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The pending proposed Second Amendatory Contract
(he ein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain
Con III ract No. Ind. R -29 (LG), dated the sixth day of September,
196 by and between The City of South Bend, Department of Re-
dev lopment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the
Uni ed States of America (herein called the "Government "), is hereby
in respects approved.
SECT *ON 2. The President of the Commission is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts
on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and the Secretary of the
Commission is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest
the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart,
and to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing and
Ur n Development, for execution on behalf of the Government, to-
get er with such other documents relative to the approval and ex-
ecu ion of such counterparts as may be required by the Government.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
