MEREASs the denomination and number of bonds, as well as the maturity
dates of said bonds was improperly determined in said Resolution, and
UTEREAS, the Commission now desires to amend said Resolution No, 148
so as t0 hake the correct and proper determination of the denomination,
number am maturity of saidibonds,

That paragraph number 1 of Resolution No. 148 adopted by the Cmi,
October S. 1966, is hereby amended and modified so as to provide
aid bonds shall be issued in denomination of $1,000.00 (instead of
,, shall be numbered consecutively from 1 to 680 (instead of 1 to
aid bonds shall mature as follows;
$85,000.00 an each January 1 in the years
1969 to 1976 inclusive. (Instead of $1009000.00
on each January 1 in the years 1969 to 1974

year 1975).
That paragraph number 2 of said Resolution No. 148 is hereby
id modified so as to provide that the form of bond there*tset out

3. That the City Controller shall cause a corrected notice of band
sale reflecting the amendments of this Resolution to be published in
accordance with paragraph number 4 of said Resolution No. 148.
4. That said Resolution No. 148 is hereby ratified and confirmed
and in f 1 force and effect as to all of its terms and conditions except
as to the amendments curtained in this Amendatory Resolution.
