RESOLUTION NO. 150
WHEREAS, this Commission has heretofore on the 5th day
ktober, 1966, authorized the issuance of bonds in the amount
;680,000 to pay the cost of acquisition, clearance, rehabilitation,
improvement, and renewal of property described in Resolution
118 and all expenses necessarily incurred in connection with
i proceedings; and
WHEREAS, the Commission did not include the proceeds of
i bonds in the regular budget for the year 1966; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Secretary of this Commission
notice of the hearing on the matter of appropriating the
reds of said bonds as required by law; and
WHEREAS, such public 'hearing, was held on the 20th day
of October, 1966, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. Eastern Standard Time,
at the office of the Commission and all taxpayers or interested
persons desiring; to be heard in re;ard to said appropriation
were heard; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Com-
mission that:
1. An extraordinary emergency exists for the making;
of an additional appropriation by the South Bend Redevelopment
Coquission in the amount of $680,000 to be appropriated on the
cost of acquisition, clearance, rehabilitation, site improvement,
and renewal of property described in Resolution No. 118 and also
expenses necessarily incurred in connection with said proceedings.

2. The proceeds of the bonds of said District in the
unt of $680,000 heretofore authorized to be issued, be
ropriated for the purposes set forth herein; that such
ropriation shall be in addition to all appropriations provided
in the existing budget and levy, and shall continue in effect
it the completion of said project.
