RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H -6144,
"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
ADOPTED September 15, 1966
WHEREAS,,the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has
reviewed the three separate appraisals for 5 parcels of real
estalte, being a portion only of the real estate to be acquired
in a LaSalle Park Project Area; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 5 parcels of
estate as shown on HHFA Form H -6144 dated September 15, 1966,
are,J in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of
For H -6144, dated September 15, 1966, for 5 parcels of real
estate is hereby approved.
