'ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE
OF HHFA FORM H 6144 " REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ".
ADOPTED July 7, 1966
W EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the
three separate appraisals for 112 Parcels of real estate being a portion
only o the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle Park Project Area; and
WHEREAS the proposed acquisition prices for 112 Parcels of real estate
as shown on HHFA Form H -6144, dated July 7, 1966, are in the opinion of
the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore,
B IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the
filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated
July 7, 1966, for 112 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission held on July 7, 1966, at the office of the Commission, 120 West
LaSalle, Avenue, South Bend, Indiana.
