RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF $557,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BENI), DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREA , the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling
$557,000 in preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban Renewal
Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as Chapin Street
Project, Indiana R -29, to be secured by an agreement between the
City ol South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the United States
of Ame ica, and
WHEREA , the notes will be sold on the 12th day of July, 1966 at
1 otcl ck Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
t of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows:
The Executive Director or Assistant Director or Acting Finance
Officer is hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for
said preliminary loan notes with acceptance to be by telegram
and confirmed by letter.
