RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF $1,195.400 PRELIMINARY LOAN NO'T'ES OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEP.ARTMFNT OF REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS,I the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling
$1,195, 000 lin preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban
Renewal P oject in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as
LaSalle Park Project No. 1, Indiana R -57, to be secured by an agreement
between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the
United States of America,,, and
the notes will be sold on the 12th day of July, 1966 at I o'clock
Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
NOW, TH�EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows:
The Executive Director or Assistant Director or Acting Finance Officer be
and is hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for
said preliminary loan notes with acceptance to be by telegram
and confirmed by letter.
