Alicia,
Ziolkowski Construction is requesting for a contract time extension for the Erskine Clubhouse
project. We are requesting 63 additional calendar days due to the following changes and delays.
Additional demo (unforeseen).
Lead and Asbestos work needing done.
Unforeseen Septic Tank removal.
0 Kitchen/Bar added.
0 Restroom Extension added.
Unforeseen fuel oil tanks needing removed.
Rework existing kitchen feeders (existing panel was not to code).
Add Additional exterior windows to Pro Shop.
Additional Plaster wall and ceiling repairs.
Additional wood flooring repairs.
Additional IT Data work.
Revised lighting layout.
Added floor mop sink in closet.
• Revised spiral duct work (re-routing).
