The Board of Public Works at its meeting held on April 9, 2019, awarded the above referenced
proposal to you based on the recommendation of the review committee as the sole responsive
and responsible proposal and authorized the review team to negotiate a contract with your
company for a not to exceed amount of $20,000.
A representative from the Venues, Parks and Arts Department will be in contact with you
