referenced amendment to add the Century Center generator to the city-wide generator
maintenance contract in the amount of $630, annually through 2020.

Hi Clara,
I have a question about our generator maintenance contract with Herman & Goetz. The original RFP (attached, Spec
AE), stated that we needed maintenance performed on 39 generators. This was awarded in late 2017 for 2018-2020
timeframe.
However, the Century Center generator was not included. We would like to add the Century Center generator
maintenance to the contract with H&G, but that would make the total 40 generators. Can we still do this as an
amendment to the original contract?
