AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. —1� 1. Background Data a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: b. Owner: Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana C. Engineer: AmericanmStructurepoint Inc. d. Project: Morris Center of Performin Arts Emergency Plaster Work 2. Description of Modifications: a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: American Structurepoint will provide the consulting engineering services required to assist the City of South Bend in producing bid documents and construction administration services for the remedial repairs required at the Morris Performing Arts Center. b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: «► Development of bid documents including but not limited to: A performance specification, sketches and descriptions of remedial repairs, general conditions and/or other bid documents as required. 0 Attendance at pre -bid meeting, as deemed necessary • Two inspections of the dome plaster to determine the extent of repairs required. One inspection during and scaffold installation to keep on schedule and another inspection once scaffold construction is complete. • Communication and coordination as required with contractors during repairs. One after completion of repairs to inspect final conditions. C. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows: d. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: e.
