Agenda: Bill No. 19-04- Special Exception: 1119 Lincoln Way West
Committee Vice-Chair John Voorde called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee
meeting at 4:53 p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to
the presenters.
Bill No. 19-04- Special Exception: 1119 Lincoln Way West
Jordan Wyatt, Planner for the Area Plan Commission with offices located on the 11th floor of the
County-City Building, stated, The petitioner is requesting to table this bill indefinitely. The
petitioner is actually the tenant of the property and they are still trying to figure out the lease with
the property owner. We will bring this back to you when we get this all worked out.
Council President Tim Scott stated, I suggest the petitioner go and talk with our Department of
Community Investment.
Committeemember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to table Bill No. 19-04 indefinitely,per the request
of the petitioner. Committeemember Jo M. Broden seconded this motion which carried by a voice
vote of four(4) ayes.
With no further business, Committee Vice-Chair Voorde adjourned the Zoning and Annexation
Committee meeting at 4:56 p.m.
