AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE SOUTH BEND
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I, There is hereby created a Department of Redevelopment for the .
City of South Bend, .Indiana, which shall be under the control of a Board. of
five ~5~ members to be known as "South Bend Redevelopment Trustees, "which
is hereby authorized to be appointed, all in accordance with .the provisions con»
tamed in Chapter 176 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of
Indiana of 1953, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
SECTION II This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
