Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to advertise for Seventeen (17) more or
less 2019 or Newer Mid -Size Four Door Hybrid Sedan Automobiles. Fifteen (15) of these will be
for the Police Department, funded by the 2019 Lease & Principal Budget. Additionally, One (1)
vehicle for the Water Works and One (1) for the Fire Department, funded by their 2019 Capital
Budgets.
We ask the board to proceed with all necessary legal requirements and post notice of the attached
specifications to all qualified vendors.
