SOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
VERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AMENDED
D FORMS 6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION
ICES ", REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL
RNTOWN PROJECT, IND. R -66
WHERE S, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the irre-
movable fixtures appraisals, along with the Real Estate Appraisals as
amended for 39 parcels to be acquired in the Central Downtown Area, Indiana
R -66; and
WHERE S, the proposed amended acquisition prices for the real estate
and irremovable fixtures as shown on detail sheet attached, are in the
opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission that the filings with the Urban Renewal Administration of amended
Forms HUD 6144, Request for Concurrence, for 39 parcels of Real Estate and
irremovabl fixtures is hereby approved.
